Children´s Choir
Children's choirs participate regularly in our opera productions, where they get to be on stage with international stars as well as the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra.
Edvard Grieg Children’s Choirs consist of the boys choir, the girls choir and three junior choirs. The junior choirs teach children between the age 6-10 voice technique and two-part harmony singing, and they join in with the Edvard Grieg choirs in three annual concerts.
From the age of 10, the children may join Edvard Grieg boys choir and Edvard Grieg girls choir. These choirs attend regular concerts with our artistic collaborators Bergen Philharmonic Choir and Bergen National Opera in Bergen’s main concert hall, The Grieg Hall.
