Sunniva Fevang

Mezzo soprano Sunniva Fevang is one of the soloists at the Viva Verdi! concerts in September

Sunniva Fevang is a Norwegian mezzo soprano from Lier, who finished her studies at The Royal Danish Opera Academy in Copenhagen in the spring of 2024. She is also educated from Barratt Due Institute of Music in Oslo and The Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen.

In the season 23/24 she made her debut at The Royal Danish Opera as 2. lady in Barrie Kosky’s production of Die Zauberflöte.

Fevang has performed as a soloists in several sacred music works, and is also a sought after ensemble singer. She is regularly singing with The Norwegian Soloist’s Choir.

Sunniva Fevang joined Bergen National Opera's summer academy Opera by the Fjord for the first time this year (2024), and sang 3rd Lady in The Magic Flute – and the aria "Faites-lui mes aveux" from Faust by Gounod.
