Lars Skoglund
Lars Skoglund (b. 1974) studied musicology and philosophy at NTNU in Trondheim and composition at the music conservatoire in Rotteram. In 2004, he received the 1st prize for his orchestra work Sentences in a competition for young composers in Amsterdam. He has since collaborated with Holland Sinfonia, Radio Kamer Filharmonie in The Netherlands, and Affinis, Ensemble Ernst, Nordnorsk Symfoniorkester og Bodø Sinfonietta. His music, which includes works for large orchestra, smaller ensembles and for the theatre, has also been performed in Bulgaria, Austria and Russia. Lars Skoglund performs in a duo called Løkbrød together with Mikael Lindqvist.
