Zhengji Han

The bass Zhengji Han is from the city Qingdao in the Shandong Province in China, and studied at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, before he moved to Italy and studied opera at the Conservatorio Benedetto Marcello in Venice.

Zhengji Han attended our Summer Academy Opera by the fjord for the first time in 2023, where he sang the role as Colline in the last act from La bohème by Puccini. This summer (2024) he came back, then in the role as Sarastro in the highlights from The Magic Flute.

In December 2023 Zhengji Han was one of the five young soloists at Triple Rossini at Den Nationale Scene here in Bergen, and in September this year (2024) he joins the Viva Verdi! concerts.
