Jakob Elias Kivijärvi Hals

Jakob Elias Kivijärvi Hals (born June 2011) from Edvard Grieg Boys' Choir sings the title role in Amahl and the Night Visitors in December, in our revival of this family opera. We staged it for the first time in 2022, then with Benjamin Winter in the title role.

Jakob Elias got a taste of opera when he joined Bergen National Opera's concert "Triple Mozart" at Den Nationale Scene autumn 2022 as a part of Edvard Grieg Boys’ Choir (Edvard Grieg Guttekor).

On November 23 (2024) he will be a soloist at Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra's family concert Musical Christmas Card for the third time.
