Bridget Kimak
Kimak's designs have been critically acclaimed for their flair, quality, wit and inventiveness.
Bridget Kimak has created sets and costumes for theatre and opera companies worldwide. Bridget’s previous productions include Die Zauberflöte and Le Nozze di Figaro, for Åbo Svenska Teater, Finland; Il Barbiere di Siviglia for Den Jyske Opera, Denmark, and Il Viaggio a Reims and Semele for Chicago Opera Theatre.
Bridget obtained a degree Fine Art, before training as a Theatre Designer at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Bridget was last in Bergen designing The Maid of Norway for Opera Vest and is delighted to be returning for Der fliegende Holländer.
